Rural Health Initiative Van Based Outreach Program
The Hampton VA Medical Center, Rural Health Initiative team is composed of VA employees who travel to the rural communities throughout northeastern North Carolina and southeastern Virginia to provide VHA health benefits and enrollment assistance to rural Veterans interested in VHA services.
