About the Program

The Center consists of non-acute long term care beds, outpatient clinic, home care, respite, wound care, all part of a inter-disciplinary team to assist those affected by spinal cord injuries (sci)/disorders in promoting independence and quality of life. Primary care and specialty care is available in the Center to enrolled veterans with a spinal cord injury or stable neurologic impairment of the spinal cord (excludes brain or peripheral nerve disorder.)


Primary care, Specialty care, Comprehensive annual evaluations, Outpatient clinic, Outpatient rehabilitation services, Homecare, Wound care, Respite care, Recreation and sports programs, Consultations, Psychological assessment and treatment plans, and other sci specialty care.
