Regularly updated patient access data is available for all VA Medical Centers and Community-Based Outpatient Clinics including average wait times, number of patients waiting for a scheduled appointment and number of patients that cannot be scheduled for an appointment in 90 days or less. Changing Your Appointment or Canceling Your Appointments
Keeping your medical appointments is an important part of maintaining your health. However, we understand there are times when circumstances prevent you from keeping your appointment.
If you cannot keep an existing appointment and wish to cancel or reschedule, please call the main line at (757) 722-9961 during normal business hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm.
