Program Overview

The General Practice Residency (GPR) in Dentistry program at the Hampton V.A. Medical Center (HAMVAMC), Hampton, Virginia, selects two one-year residents annually.  The GPR program is fully accredited by the American Dental Association.  The distinct advantage of this program is the abundance and variety of clinical opportunities available to the dental residents.

Clinical Facilities

Our clinic is equiped with fifteen operatories, each with digital radiography.  All units and equipment are of modern design. The clinic is currently remodeling which will add additional operatories and optimize existing storage space.  The clinic contains a state of the art conference center with digital projection capabilities.
