Transition Assistance for Returning Veterans - OEF/OIF
Hampton VAMC is available to provide veterans returning from Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom with comprehensive seamless transition assistance. If you are a recently discharged veteran with service in a theater of combat operations please contact of Office of Seamless Transition.
